Willpower against stone, determination against fate, one man against a mountain... Many years ago, in medieval times, in a village at the feet of a mountain, lives Agostino with his wife Nina and their son Giovanni. Agostino is a hard-working farmer to no avail: the mountain prevented the sun from reaching their land, and they could grow nothing. After many misadventures, one morning Nina and Giovanni are woken up by a repetitive and incessant sound. (IKSV)
