She was once King Kong's gal, but by 1939 Fay Wray's stock had fallen pretty bad. So bad that she had to accept offers from one of the poorest producers in town. Little Monogram Pictures. There is perhaps 10 minutes of that. The rest is Wray and Grant Withers falling for each other. Some of the romance stuff was sweet though and Wray showed a ton of personality for a tiny movie production like this. A little weird actually seeing such a stunning star sunken so low for no apparent reason.
