To fight Kirby and his gang, Tom Grant sends for Cheyenne Davis. To get money the ranchers need, Davis brings in wanted outlaws and sends Fuzzy to collect the rewards. But Fuzzy is waylaid on the return and loses his memory. Now neither Cheyenne or the outlaws know where the money is.

Return of Ray Taylor. Noticing he's doing almost all the Lash La Rue, Jon Hall and Eddie Dean movies in 1947. He pretty much took over Sam Newfield's schedule when his family sold PRC, which merged into Eagle-Lion Films that year. A suitable replacement as he was almost as vision blind as Newfield himself. Just quick production, shoot-to-finish. And that's what Return of the Lash (1947) felt like.
