A Hitchcockian movie without the man himself. And the result is truly satisfying even if Hitchcock would probable have done it slightly more elegant. Albert de Courville directs a clever and action-packed crime mystery with lots of twists and unexpected turn of events, spiced with some sexual comments as relief between the stars. This really was a gem of a film that deserves a lot more attention considering how popular these type of films are.... as long as they are made by Hitchcock.
