Swedenhielms

Ingrid Bergman's 4th film. Only on support as one of the spoiled kids girlfriend, but her presence is among the most memorable parts of the film. The one that commands the film is the head of the family Gösta Ekman guiding us through the emotions as the morals of the noble family comes into question, showing he's a actor of high class. Perhaps not the greatest moral story ever told, but it works well within it's 1930s presentation. Also credit to Karin Swanström as well.
