Like an Australian 'American Graffiti', except really lame. Manages to be watchable since production quality was ok, but pretty dull.

Interesting, if not wholly successful. I expected it to be an Australian "American Graffiti", and while it’s not that far off, it’s a lot grittier and set in (then present) 70’s. It follows idle youth who spend their time at the mall, cruising and partying. But unlike their U.S. cousins, these guys drink a lot, drink & drive and have casual sex. It’s light on plot, done in a semi-documentary style and could have used more focus and editing. The final images reminded me of Truffaut’s 400 Blows.
