The Final Quarter

Vivid, beautifully constructed assemblage of archival news footage paints a maddening, infuriating portrait of vile, societal racism, telling a succinct but forensically detailed account of Goodes' rise and apparent fall from grace, while also providing fascinating portraits of media figures intentionally and thoughtlessly adding fuel to the fire (the Eddie McGuire journey is particularly instructive). Lack of "talking heads" is the film's great asset, allowing the footage to speak for itself.
