Reiji is Japan's most incompetent police cadet, tasked with going undercover to infiltrate the nation's biggest yakuza clan. But Reiji still believes in justice, even if his out-of-control libido and bumbling incompetence land him in endless trouble. As the yakuza fights against encroaching Chinese gangs, Reiji must do everything in his power to protect his boss's bratty daughter and avoid being killed by his own gang, the enemy gang, and a police force all fighting for control of the streets. I’m surprised how much more I like this than the first movie. It’s still incredibly stupid but at least it’s more entertaining.

Cartoonish action-comedy with Miike's touch. Sometimes funny, sometimes weird, goofy and not for kids. It's all here with many clichés.
