Another one of the 2-reel comedies Benny Rubin did for RKO. This time Rubin wants to promote a wrestling match, Constantine Romanoff vs Tom Kennedy, but Kennedy falls asleep so Rubin has to take his place in the ring and battle Constantine Romanoff (the big villain in Harold Lloyd's The Kid Brother (1927), who actually used to be a wrestler before entering Hollywood). Again only mildly fun of the usual comedy short level when NOT done by comedy short specialists Laurel & Hardy or The 3 Stooges.
