Frank Morgan as you know and love him. A little questionable, but with a heart of gold underneath. Tired routine by 1941, even if Morgan has it perfected. They made sure it doesn't become a one-man show, though, with a very recognizable cast of Billie Burke, Donald Meek, Marjorie Main and countless others underneath to give it that harmless and spectacular MGM touch. And that should make it fun enough for fans of that old school Hollywood fluff.
