Village of Doom

A film, based, and as far as I could gather, close to the real life story, about a young man who goes on the long-time-record-setting killing spree. Noboru Tanaka worked a long time at Nikkatsu, making pinku films before this, somewhat more serious film. The plot is slow-moving (the killing starts just before the end), and there are enough sex to know where Tanaka's roots are. The story is interesting, but told in a too exploitative manner for the film to be taken seriously.
