Woman Thou Art Loosed

Not as preachy as I had expected.

A movie that's hard to enjoy, but not because of bad performances, but rather because of the difficult subject matter. Although, I was not impressed with the writing or production quality. The revival portions were very tedious. Not a good movie, but rather a cautionary tale about the life long negative impacts of sexual abuse of a young girl. And about an insecure mother, desperate for companionship, who chooses to believe her abusive man's lies.
