Often when a small studio attempts to tell a story of a iconic character, it' usually as boring as watching paint dry, and that's the case with Monogram's Young Daniel Boone (1950). They splashed a little color to make it feel more prestigious, but there's only so much one can do when there's no great vision present other than cashing in on the Daniel Boone name.
