My mind was blown when i looked up the cast list to Eight Legged Freaks one day and saw that it was Kari Wührer in it and not Leah Remini.

Good topic idea.

When I was a kid, Richard Pryor and Gregory Hines might as well have been the same guy ("Richard Pryor was a hell of a tap dancer and he once starred as a cop alongside Billy Crystal, right?");

What's sad is that as talented as both men were, they both died within 2 years' of one another, in 2005 and 2003, respectively.

I keep thinking that David Arquette was in Fight Club and The Hulk. But I'm pretty sure he wasn't in American History X.

I just watched Black Hawk Down and I thought that Michael Madsen was in the movie the whole time I watched it. Then I get on criticker and find out Madsen wasn't in the movie and it was actually Tom Sizemore.

Andy Devine and Slim Pickens have always been problematic for me to the present day; they were both go-to guys for sherriffs/lawmen in westerns.

I was sure it was Slim in THE MAN WHO SHOT LIBERTY VALANCE until the end titles.

Keira Knightley and Natalie Portman. Been known to confuse these two in earlier years (not as a child, but more teenage years / early twenties when Keira Knightley started appearing onscreen).

I also confused Keira Knightly with Natalie Portman, and still occasionally do.
Others include William Fichtner with Ralph Fiennes,
and Kevin Spacey with Currie Graham.
