Some reviewers I would start following if that was an option.
Something on the left or right of the page under the profile tab showing new reviews by followed reviewers would be great.

I think this request pertains specifically to users who write reviews you want to follow. For me, the recent Kumpel activity only contains half ratings with reviews, because not all my kumpels write reviews and certainly not all write reviews every time they rate a film.
