Sarat Varma (Nishan) returns to India after a 3-year stint in the US to reunite with his childhood friends Varsha John (Rima Kallingal) & Sunny Immatty (Asif Ali) & together they join a start-up IT company. Sarat still reminisced their adolescent dreams & wanted to follow through with them, but gradually realizes that his friends have changed over the years, like seasons change & no longer cherished the same memories he did.

Vidyalakshmi (Mamtha Mohandas), a Hindu, marries a Muslim, Shanavas Ahmed (Asif Ali), against the wishes of both families & start a family. However, when Shanavas is killed in a mishap, Vidyalakshmi has to struggle to make ends meet & finally ends up on the streets. Preman (Jayaram), an auto rickshaw driver comes to Vidyalakshmi's aid & take her & her daughter to his colony. 5 friends, ex-gangster Kalappurackal Sunny (Lal), failed gambler Murugan (Nedumudi Venu), hotelier Tomy (Prashant Narayanan), club singer Aloshy (Asif Ali) & smuggler Basheer, pool in 50 lakhs each towards a drug deal to make a combined profit of at least 2.5 crores, but everything goes awry when one of them decides to double-cross the rest & get away with all of the money. The failure to recognize the traitor in their midst starts to cost each of them their life.

The only problem? Cash. Although Surya was the love child of the late multimillionaire Vinayaka Naicker (Prabhu), Naicker's elder son Vinayakan (Prabhu) had a tight grip on Surya's purse strings. The foursome dream up a scheme to finagle money from Vinayakan by pretending that Surya & Neethu got married.

Husbands in Goa is a story of three friends - Jerry Thomas (Advocate), Murali Govind (Chartered Accountant) and Arjun (Interior Designer).
