Biography: Daniel Ross is co-director of The Ister (2004), as well as the author of the books, Violent Democracy (Cambridge University Press, 2004) and Psychopolitical Anaphylaxis (Open Humanities Press, 2021). His research is influenced by the French philosopher Bernard Stiegler (one of the participants in The Ister), and he is the English translator of many of Stiegler's books.
