"Tron is that one movie where the utter wealth of nostalgia it has for me overwhelms any actual flaws it has. I enjoy watching it every bit as much as I did when I was 4. There will never be another picture that has even remotely similar style or plot."

"A glorious compendium of faith. An incredibly dense masterpiece with a truly infinite wealth of possibilities. There is never an end to a film by Tarkovsky; they're so uniquely haunting and beautiful that you take them with you into real life. Damn if it isn't my favorite movie ever."

"The complex nature of each character in the film is intimately explored through their interactions with one another. It is the perfect blend of the styles of both the classic and neo western genres. The massacre at Sweetwater is quite possibly the greatest scene I have ever witnessed."

"I just noticed that according to my rankings, I rate movies with classical music in them very highly. This film is why. In fact, it's not a stretch to say that it's had a greater influence on my film taste than anything else because I watched it religiously as a kid. It still remains just as spectacular."
