Bio: I am just a young man trying to spread the message of God to my friends and family, and I also love movies and film in general. My beliefs don't really affect my opinions on movies most of the time. I personally think literally any movie has a possibility of being good no matter what it is about. I will watch just about anything. If a movie is done well, the movie is good.

100 99% Inception Inception (2010) - Rated 12 Mar 2012
"Inception is smart, rare, and very entertaining. I honestly don't think it'll be easy to top something like this masterpiece for me. The visual effects and cinematography are very well-done and the score is beautiful phenomenal. Acting was really good and it's completely character driven. I watch this every time it's on t.v., and I could probably watch it every day and my love for it would still not die. It continues to resonate with me emotionally too. Easily my all-time favorite movie."
97 95% Toy Story 4 Toy Story 4 (2019) - Rated 23 Jun 2019
"Sue me. I thought this was excellent. While I was very satisfied with how the last film ended, this is an unbelievably wonderful addition to the franchise. Woody gets the most development and screentime, so you may be left wanting that old chemistry from the earlier films, but this film somehow manages to make good use of its new addition. I couldn't stop tearing up for the last fifteen minutes of the film. Continues the story with rich storytelling, laughs and tears. Pixar has done it again!"
95 84% Raya and the Last Dragon Raya and the Last Dragon (2021) - Rated 07 Mar 2021
"I loved it. The plotting is familiar if you've seen some of Disney's other animated films from the past ten years (and who hasn't?), but it still works really well with the characters and backdrop. I also appreciate Disney taking their storytelling to darker territory and some pretty mature themes with this. The animation and music is beautiful, the voice acting is great, and the film has plenty of humor and heart to keep everyone invested. It's also extremely well directed. Great stuff!"
99 99% One Flew Over the Cuckoo\ One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975) - Rated 25 Apr 2012
"Putting Nicholson and Fletcher apart in the leading roles, not to mention the other performances from the rest of the cast, was what made One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest a great classic. Great performances as well as one of the most original stories ever. It's no wonder this movie is so well-received. Absolutely everything here is done so incredibly well. One of my top 10 movies. Worth watching if you're a movie buff as well."
98 97% Mad Max: Fury Road Mad Max: Fury Road (2015) - Rated 19 May 2015
"Freakin' great movie! Seriously, I loved pretty much all of it! Acting-wise, Hoult is doing well for an up-and-comer, Hardy played a good Max, and Theron really stands out! The production and make-up are really nice, the characters are awesome and crazy, Miller's directing is incredible, and the action is all over the place yet done extremely well! Story was pretty dang good too! With all of this, it's filmed really well and in the end, it's a really great movie!"
95 84% The Big Short The Big Short (2015) - Rated 14 Jun 2016
"Really really great movie. The Big Short plays a pretty dang good tribute to what happened and makes you a little angrier about the whole thing just watching some of it happen. Adam Mckay's directing is different and better than his other comedies and it works well. Everybody pulls off their given roles very well and I liked the story and characters. Some comic relief is in there to go along with it too. For sure one of the best and most entertaining movies of 2015."
95 84% Trainspotting Trainspotting (1996) - Rated 01 Mar 2017
"Early work from Danny Boyle is pretty freakin' amazing. His choice of soundtrack and camera angles are always really good as is the production value. The performances are all really good, especially McGregor and Carlyle. The story is silly and shiny and dreadful and disturbing all at once, but the tone is surprisingly well-balanced that it doesn't get uneven. This was a pretty gross, albeit honest, look at the drug world, even today. Not for everybody but it's still a really well-made movie."
97 95% Her Her (2013) - Rated 16 Mar 2014
"This was a really really great movie. It is Spike Jonze, so yeah, of course it's weird, of course it's depressing, and while some wont be able to stand his style of humor, Her is a very well made film all around. Good directing and downright excellent writing from Jonze, a good music score and awesome cinematography and acting. It's a man and a computer, but so what. It's a very good movie about a depressed man trying to find himself and it delivers a great message on modern love. SJs best work."
