Three somewhat African mocha children aliens are kept in stasis by the Air Force in the middle of Becerly Hills so they can spook a down on his luck guitarist and his hot friend he somehow took or is about to take to Mexico. Also an Indian Rob Schneider. Enjoyable fog.
