It's a good action and sci-fi film. My only concern is probably its evident mainstream aura (?). I don't really, uh, how do I say this. I don't like it when movies are too mainstream and overrated. But it's good nonetheless. :)

X-Men: First Class (2011) - Rated 15 Oct 2012

I'm a big X-men fan and sci-fi fan as well. I love films that exhibit people with supernatural powers. It's good also to see a back story of Magneto and Professor X. I heart James McAvoy and Jennifer Lawrence. Greatly staged and beautifully plotted

Olga Kurylenko is awesome. And Michael Fassbender. But still, Olga. Etain's character is so wonderful. No offense, but I wish she didn't die. All in all, the movie captures a beautiful scenery in our history and depicts one of those happenings. I love it!

Angelina Jolie never fails to capture her audience in her action films. Amazing special effects and good story. I love movies that make me hate them because of hanging endings, haha. :) I'll be waiting for a sequel though. I'm not satisfied yet!

Blood: The Last Vampire (2009) - Rated 15 Oct 2012

I love action films with females as lead characters. This movie, although I'm no fan of vampires, exhibited great action and fiction. Gianna Jun's acting was bloody good. I love her; she's adorable and I hope she makes more movies like this.

It's sort of your typical love story about best friends falling in love with each other. Beautiful and simple. Got me teary-eyed at the ending. Dex's love for Em was overflowing that I felt it. Brilliant flow of story, lovable characters, two thumbs up and hands down! =))
