Criticker had it at 80 for me so I went in with high hopes. Unfortunately it disappointed. The characters all lack depth, are boring and unlikable. 2 hours of violent, incompetent police work and random leads. Random humor as is typical for South Korean films. Cinematography is pretty good. Overall it passes the time and was mildly interesting enough throughout. But rather unenjoyable for most but a select few critics and people fascinated by South Korean cinema.
