Bio: I don't have much of a passion for movies as most people do, but I'll be using this site to chronicle any short blurbs I have about any movie or TV show I wanna say something about. Whether you like it or not, your opinions will influence how future movies are made. That's why it's important to understand why you have the opinions that you do and be able to organize and communicate said opinions in a cohesive manner to ensure that studios and movie makers in general keep their own standards on check. Just dropping agreeable adjectives to make others feel positive emotions does nothing to advance said understanding. If you care about the quality of movies, then let's take that extra step.

I really liked the presentation of the dialogue. The humor was usually good, but it definitely had its share of tryhard moments. There was some good chemistry between characters. The plot was very formulaic with a few questionable decisions made by characters. Overall, it played well into its ridiculousness and I'd recommend at least one watchthrough. Two if you don't mind the inferior story.

The Super Mario Bros. Movie (2023) - Rated 21 Oct 2025
This movie showed so much promise being what it is. It just needed a better animation studio working on it-- one that doesn't treat the craft like just a marketable medium of entertainment to sell stuff to kids like DreamWorks or something. - Full Review

The Land Before Time
The Land Before Time (1988) - Rated 22 Oct 2025
The characters were a mixed bag; Littlefoot was well written as a coming-of-age character that's trying to cope over the loss of his mother while continuing a long and arduous journey that they couldn't finish together. I did NOT like Ducky. The voice acting was good and the soundtrack was amazing. The charm was very hit-and-miss; It definitely has its moments. I may be giving this a higher score than I should because of my nostalgia for it, so take it with a grain of salt.
