In his fantasy world, Dynamite becomes a dictator that enforces the residents to dress in second-hand clothing from thrift stores and listen to him give encouraging speeches to middle school students. It's up to his friends to bring Dynamite to his senses and rescue the residents of Dynamite-land."

After assembling an elderly army, the old people revolt and seek to designate a new country so that there would be a country for old men."
