For All Mankind
Some series start with an interesting premise but lose their way over time. For All Mankind is the opposite-it keeps growing and evolving without losing its essence. What began as an alternate history of the space race has turned into a powerful story about human ambition, sacrifice, and the weight of our choices. And this fourth season is no exception.
One of its biggest strengths is how well it handles the passage of time. Not just in its timeline, which keeps jumping forward in a way that feels natural, but in its characters, who evolve in a believable way. No one is the same person they were in the first season, and that's what makes the series feel so alive. Every decision carries weight, every sacrifice leaves a mark, and that's something many sci-fi shows struggle to capture.
Visually, it remains stunning. Not just because of the top-tier special effects, but in the way space itself becomes another character-vast, silent, and constantly looming. But what truly holds the show together is its characters and their conflicts, which continue to have as much impact as the alternate historical events being portrayed.
Some subplots might not work as well, and a few twists are more predictable than others, but overall, the series is still in top form. With each episode, it proves it's not just another sci-fi series-it's a deeply human drama at its core. If you've made it this far, this fourth season delivers exactly what you were hoping for... and maybe even more.
