Cube 2: Hypercube

Wow, this was really bad but in a fun way! It has some awful CGI and almost all of the characters are bad at one point or another, my faves being Jerry and the detective. The blind girl and the old lady were the worst though and made this film super contrived.

Wow, on a rewatch, Cube 2: Hypercube confuses me more than anything else. It has quite a few things I love and quite a few things I loathe. On the positive side, I enjoy many of the characters, the concept of this Cube, and the traps. On the negative side... pretty much everything else.
I was surprised by how much I ended up liking it, but I still can't call it a good movie. The CGI is abysmal, and while I enjoy the cast of characters, the acting is atrocious. Yet somehow, I just can't hate this movie.
Calling it "so bad it's good" is an understatement, and that's why I'm placing it right in the middle.
