Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives

I don't know if I liked this one because the last one was so good or what. Okay, this one actually pretty fun! I liked the characters, the kills were cool, and this was actually funny at times. It still does not go above in beyond like some other horror movies of the time, but I hope every movie after this one can be more like this. Heck, there was an actual story this time around!

Happy Friday the 13th everyone!
I decided to check out some of my more favorite in the Friday the 13th franchise! This one is still pretty fun and I love how funny it is. It's also pretty charming with good characters and an actual plot! My only real issues are some continuity issues (Most slashers movies I guess) and how the middle act kind of drags on. I am glad I watched this again and would a be a highlight if I ever watch them all in a marathon again!
Also, fun fact but I am pretty sure that the Jason on the bottom of a real lake in Minnesota is based on the Jason from this film! :)
