Stoker

Honestly, I was thinking that this was not a Park Chan-wook film because it does not have his certain brand of weirdness. That changed pretty quickly within the first third of this film. I am afraid that I don't know what I fully think of this after a first watch. It's very strange and unpredictable and would benefit from a a new viewing. (That seems to be a common theme with his films for me and I love him for that!) The cinematography and editing in this film are insane and if you care about visuals, this film should be on the top of your list! I think that I like this more generally then not but it's quite hard for me to scope in my thoughts on this one.
