Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me
I did not enjoy this at all... I don't know if I was put in a mood because I felt Season 2 of Twin Peaks slowly dropped the ball and the ending was way over-hyped and absurd or because I did not have a good experience watching this in general. This felt nothing like the show... There was more big name actors, nudity for some reason, and just so much extra fluff, that I just could not get into this as much as I didn't like the show. The weirdest thing is that I think I would have liked this a lot more as a stand alone movie, but with the show, this just felt like a waste of time. I don't know, maybe if and when I revisit Twin Peaks, I will watch this first! For now, I just really hated this...
(Quick Edit after watching Missing Pieces: Well, I think the movie is actually well shot and think a lot of my issues was with my experience watching it, I just wish it captured me a bit more, I will have to give this another chance!)

Like several Lynch movies, this was vastly underrated upon release. Mostly, it continues to be. Like BLUE VELVET (1986), a question overhanging any analysis concerns the relatio...
