Avengers: Endgame

This movie perfectly completes the story of the other marvel movies up until this point. The connections between all the different movies work so well together in this movie. The movie is absolutely stunning in almost every scene. The acting is flawless and the story is amazing to follow.
Every element of the story works so well and is paced exceptionally. No scenes feel unnecessary, rushed or too long, except maybe at the very end. The build up throughout the entire movie works well to the main fight scene. The movie also has many iconic moments. This was the first time I had seen endgame and unfortunately I did have most of the movie spoiled to me already. Even so, the movie was still really enjoyable and had good twists to keep it really engaging.
I personally thought that having a Thanos from another timeline be the main fight was odd especially because he had no memories of the earlier fights from infinity war but it didn’t really impact the quality of the main fight. Would’ve liked the fight to have been longer or to have a couple smaller fights throughout the movie too but I understand they may have been trying to keep the movie around 3 hours long.
The method they use for time travel seems weird to me also because I don’t really understand how it would work theoretically and the movie doesn’t really explain it well.
I think the movie does set up a couple good building points to follow up on in other movies based on what happened which will be interesting to see how they do.
Tony’s death was the main spoiler I had got me for this movie and I think it is done well to be really emotional to watch. I didn’t like how he just got the stones of Thanos in the end.
Overall the movie was brillant, it had so many good ideas, the pacing was good and all the characters worked really well together to combine all the stories of the MCU.

Mini Review: This movie has amazing pacing to get the story to work in 3 hours without feeling really long. No scenes in this movie ever feel unnecessary. The story is really good in this movie as well to finish the story they have been building on for years. Took off a couple points for small things that I mentioned in my full review. Overall a brillant movie.
