Lovely and even poignantly romantic portrait of two fundamentally dislikable people can stand with the best rom-coms largely on the basis of Brie and Sudeikis’ touching and ingratiating performances – despite their mutually obnoxious qualities, their burgeoning relationship is a fun and likable one and easy to root for.
