Knock at the Cabin

I thought this was pretty engaging. The dialogue as usual is very janky at times but it was shot pretty well and the performances were really solid. I guess the main thing about a film like this is they were either right or wrong. Two possible endings. So that when you find out they were right, it feels slightly unclimactic as it could’ve ever only gone one of two ways. I see you with the Horseman twist, Mr Shyamalan, but that did feel like you had to put something to make the end have a kick. I suppose what I’m saying is if you had just seen the trailer, if you wrote two narratives, one would be right. With that said it’s a pretty cool take on a home invasion film and had some cool stuff in there.
