Knock at the Cabin
Psychological thriller with a sparkle of religious ideology. This movie does a good job of story telling while building up suspense. The camera work is interesting and I love the pacing. It gets straight to business with some well placed flashbacks as filler. Great performance from Dave Bautista; I did not expect that from him. I wish they explained why this family was chosen and I hope it wasn’t due to LGBTQ awareness or any similar agenda. I’m gonna be optimistic and say that it wasn’t! The dialogue sounded appropriate and smooth to me contrary to some of the other reviews I read that had a problem with the dialogue. Overall, very entertaining.
