Ok where can I get myself a gaggle of hype bros like Dennis Quaid and his C-suite? I wanna gleefully bounce down a hallway with my homies.
This was a movie I really had to talk to homies with in order to fully process it.
This movie walks on a very fine tightrope between empathy and mockery and it swayed back and forth quite a bit. Ultimately I think it did what it came to do and offered a scathing commentary on beauty and aging in the industry as a whole, but not without some cheap laughs.
The sexy soundtrack and vibrant imagery really made this movie.
