This film features excellent blockbuster casting and delivers exactly what most audiences expect from a modern Jurassic movie: big action sequences, impressive visual effects, and plenty of dinosaur-related chaos. The cast does a good job with the material, helping to keep the film entertaining even when the story becomes predictable.

My biggest criticism is that the plot feels like a continuation of the increasingly extraordinary conflicts that have defined the series for years. The grounded scientific wonder and suspense that made Michael Crichton's original story so compelling have largely been replaced by larger-than-life spectacle.

None of the Jurassic Park films have been especially well-reviewed since the original, yet they remain consistently entertaining. Jurassic World Rebirth continues that tradition. It's not a great film, but it's a fun one.
