The Dark and the Wicked

I do not see the point of this movie. An evil spirit terrorizes a family on a ranch. It whispers something to people and then they commit suicide. You will never find out what it was. You will never find out a motive. You are given nothing to ponder about. You are given nothing to care about.

The acting was solid enough and that's it. It has nothing to offer other than once again, as in most horror movies, is to associate the Christian religion with evil. And even that didn't make sense because nobody was religious. That's the stretch main stream movie makers went make this association - very forced.
