Guess we horrorheads are tired to know how sequels tend to be plotty and unhinged -- not always in good ways --, but this one just reaches unbelievable levels of messy excess, doesn't it? For me, it kinda dies after Madison's return, when it starts frantically going back and forth, overexplaining what we are seeing and introducing a bunch of dull new characters. Some juicy use of locations here and there and a couple of strong scenes -- mostly in the beginning --, but it feels too much of a self-aware parodic bore.
