It's Alive III: Island of the Alive

Absolutely deranged, unhinged, campy black comedy splatter that still manages to convey some emotional moments regarding these cute babies -- it ends on a truly lovely and tender note, the couple running away with their grandson and no money. But, of course, who are we kidding, we are here for the massive amount of meaty Cohen highlights in every possible genre you could think of: kid attacking helicopter pilot and the whole thing just exploding in the air, Moriarty making bad dad jokes, 'selling' shoes, losing his mind while babbling nonsensical shit every five minutes, becoming friends with cubans, kids killing businessmen, rapists and cops (I love them falling off the roof like mannequins). Gorgeous movie orgy.
