War of the Satellites
“War of the Satellites” is a low-budget 1950s science-fiction film about Earth’s determination to explore space. Some unseen aliens want to keep humanity confined to Earth, so they assume the identity of an authority figure and try to sabotage the space program from within.
It is silly, but it is also fun, and at just over an hour, it does not overstay its welcome. Considering when it was made and how little money the filmmakers had, I think they did a remarkably good job. I found it entertaining.
