UglyDolls
The music was surprisingly competent most of the time in its melodic progression with mixed-bag lyrics and was pretty much the whole reason I had a hard time deciding on a final rating for the movie. The Ugly Truth was probably the best one (no surprise since villain songs usually steal the show anyway). Outside of the music, everything else was so unengaging. The voice actors didn't seem like they were trying to be in the world most of the time, resulting in a below-average job on their parts. The plot was so paint-by-numbers that you could see most twists coming from two miles away. There were a small handful of decent character development moments, especially the ones regarding Lou. But overall, this was such a boring watch; It's almost not even worth sitting through for music either.
Mini Review: This was such a boring watch; It's almost not even worth sitting through for music either.
