Not a bad film about trying to "abuse" the police into giving justice to a "colored man" (as in the film) in a self defense case.

I don't know what the dickens Volker Schlondorff, one of the old guard of German cinema, is doing directing a movie evidently made for American TV, but he did a good job of it. Definitely one of the better telemovies, with a real star-studded cast for one of these affairs
