It'd be easy to dismiss this just on how awful it is in terms of objectivity and its sensationalistic framing, but I also think it fails on its own conceit too. We're told this is a documentary series about how various warriors fought and what their motivations are but it doesn't even try to do this. It's mostly conveying a disingenuous or flat out wrong framing of every culture as an "unstoppable forces" without saying what they did better than anyone because... no one was actually that strong.
