Atomic Rulers of the World

Lots of cheesy fun.

The first of the Super Giant films released in the United States. I saw this after the third (Attack from Space), and it's a bit better than that installment. The pacing, for starters, is much improved. There are no constant close-ups of Starman confusingly looking at spaceships, and though he still likes to flex his biceps and do silly leaps, Starman's fight scenes aren't as insufferably long in this one. There's also a clearer McGuffin here, making the story easier to follow.
