S1 60 cuz started with an 80 boner. S2 62. S3 67. was one of my favs as a kid and my vhs called it beasties :P much prefer that, especially in the theme song and as a name for them. some dope shit though like dinobot, their upgrades, both romances, tigerhawk, that weird floating island thing. think i liked the continuous story eps/arcs better. rampage and his rival were cool then got me. black arachnia turning was good. turantulus was meh then good sneaky plan. legend voices

Season 1 had some pretty cool story-related episodes but was unfortunately bogged down by too much aimless filler, a good chunk of which was absolutely dreadful. The series really hits its stride in Season 2, when it shifts to a darker tone. The cast is small but still diverse, each character has their own distinct personality quirks and traits. It also has plenty of humor aimed at both kids and adults. You have to be in the right mood to fully appreciate it, but overall a good watch.

Is the CGI an eyesore? Yes However with an exception of a few filler "looney toon-esque" episodes/scenes which are mainly in the 1st season, the characters are all likeable in their own dysfunctional way with excellent and sensible character development throughout the story.

Season one was fun, Season two was pretty damn solid and Season three was pretty disappointing until the finale.
