While it is a very interesting canvas for Don Cheadle to use a wide array of colorful language and eccentric actions to paint a picture of the largest financial crisis it really never becomes more than just a farce. It takes more than obscure comedy to make this story resonate. While all the actors are enjoyable the story itself is lacking the big punch that you are expecting and plays out exactly as one would have predicted.There is no random happenstance' especially when trying to divert focus
