Very obviously a filmed play that tries a little too hard to not be a filmed play, but still, a great little chamber play about two psychiatrists facing off over a patient.

Another adventurous and intriguing screenplay from Joe Penhall adapted to film. Blue/Orange also features a more favourable performance from the often hit and miss (usually miss), Brian Cox. I do think it could have been cleaned up a bit; I think the film was unintentionally incoherent in portraying the characters' intentions. I don't know where to place blame, but things did come across confused at times where it should have been more simplistic in order to let the chief premise shine through.
