His apartment building has some unique residents who place (unusual) demands on him. All is fine tho till he meets the girl whose entrance is unusual to say least - climbing into his flat through a window, as from his flat she can spy on a childhood crush. After the initial meet she, Surumi Kataoka, continues to come & go from Kyoichi's room - & life. (me & unknown)
