It starts off interesting enough but doesn't really go anywhere.

I had good memories of this one, but it turned out to be a sizable disappointment. Too much a concept and not enough about actual people. Starts out horribly, but then gets somewhat better when the guy moves upstairs. At any rate, never quite outgrows that canned feeling. The characters of Kennedy and Wright aren't terribly consistent either.

This would have been a terrific little film if it had focused almost solely on the couple. What's intriguing about the story is their perspective, which is creepy yet so very touching at the same time. It made me want to read the novel.
