I'm split on this. S1 is a bit sluggish with its humour, with the recurring jokes being the funniest (not a good sign). S2 is where it's at, the humor has been properly fleshed out, and each episode is a blast to watch, yet each is a different (though equally insane) amalgamation of these '80s throwback parodies (which, along with this specific parodic acting, is spot on). I hope S3 is as good and bumps up this score.

Even more so than Ashby's and Russo's previous project (Italian Spiderman), I consider this a masterpiece of low-budget batshit insanity. The comedy gets so ludicrous and weird that I find it impossible not to love. The comedy does feel unnecessarily misogynistic and samey at times, but it has a lot in its favor too. The show goes so far off the deep end as it progresses that half the fun lies in seeing where the writers can possibly go next.

Outstanding metric for whether or not someone is zany enough to be friends with: show them an episode.

Danger 5 season 1 is one of the best things ever. Tried watching s2 but I didn't like it as much as 1.
