Nostalgia-laced TV film. Fairly sumptuous-looking and with a couple of fairly inspired moments (like faded star Lamour doing a TV coffee commercial) but mostly just run-of-the-TV-mill stuff. The sight of a virile Wagner being fondled in bed by a disfigured old lady *must* be some sort of television first, though.
